Colour Selection

Chose our colours yesterday...finally feels like things are moving!!! Pics of samples to follow!!!

Brick: Gravel
Windows: Ultra black
Gutter/down pipes: monument (black)
Garage door/axon sheet: Dune
Concrete driveway: blue steel

Kitchen
Cupboards: black
Caesar stone: white shimmer
Splash back: deep red colour

Bathrooms
Vanity : burnished wood

Bank approval!!!!!!

Bank finally approved loan (but more mortgage insurance than we thought!!!!!) Paid deposit to Wisdom and have a consultant.... Doing colour selection and landscape plans next week....so at least things have started moving!!!! Find out soon if we have to build over sewer or can move the house.. Will save money if we can avoid!!!!

Frustrated!!!!!

Well still no word from the bank!!!!!!!!! very frustrating enough said!!!!

Pool!!

Went to the pool and spa expo yesterday and have totally changed our pool!!! Going with a fiberglass pool now!! Not as much trouble to put one in as we were told!!!! Will be cheaper too more importantly!!

Contracts signed!!!

Well signed our contracts at Homeworld yesterday with Colt!!! Need to get our pool contract to bank and all will be finalized!!!! Going to pool/spa show tomorrow to see if we can find a better deal!! Getting close to choosing all our colours, tiles etc then it's my turn to take over!!!

Signing contracts!!!

Hopefully signing contracts on Thursday, then bank can approve loan and we will be starting!! Getting sooooo excited!!

Bank approval!!!!

The bank has valued house at what we wanted!!! We can have the pool!! Just trying to get the landscaping included now....should be finally approved by Tuesday and then sign contracts on Wednesday/Thursday!!
